No Directory list or error shows when executing "Azure: Sign in to Directory..." command #938

Build Version: 0.9.7
Regression: Not a regression

Repro Steps:

Disable the setting "Microsoft: Use Msal".
F1 -> Select "Azure: Sign in to Directory...", the below error occurs.
Sign in with Azure account.
F1 -> Select "Azure: Sign in to Directory..." again.
Check whether a Directory list or error shows.

Expect:
A Directory list or error shows.

Actual:
No Directory list or error shows.

More Info:
This issue does not reproduce if the setting "Microsoft: Use Msal" is enabled.
