Improve FileSurfer Capabilities

We should improve the capabilities of the FileSurfer @afourney

The two dimensions of the FileSurfer are:

1- file system manipulation
2- file format reading/writing

For dimension (1), we need to enable the filesurfer, to navigate through multiple directories, create folders/items, move/delete items/folders, rename items. It could be useful for it to write command line operations constricted to filesystem so as not to have too many tools.

For dimension (2), we could invest here too on multimodal previews, and much better / SOTA doc VQ&A
