Stale trace files build up under working directory

Describe the bug
We always create a new SdnDiagnostics_TraceOutput_YYYYMMDD.csv every time we are performing operations based on current date stamp, however we do not purge the old trace files in any situation. This results in numerous old files left behind.

Expected behavior
We should look to clear old trace files.
