@Kuchiriel, sorry for the late response. I am glad to hear that you like rkt-compose! I must confess it is my first golang application and not written very well. Now whenever I can spare some time I am focussing on my new project: cntnr. Thus I won't continue rkt-compose development actively but I will try to find some time to set up a corresponding continuous delivery pipeline (which I also need for cntnr at some point).

As a suggestion, you should consider getting this project into AUR/apt-get/aptitude and start cultivating some open-source moderation standards. By that, I mean start looking for possible maintainers from those communities to carry forward.

You have a very valuable bridge here that will most likely become a core offering by Docker in the next few years. If this project is managed well, I could see it becoming a solid prototype for how the Docker folks implement their OCI compatibility.
