https://www.metanorma.org/author/bipm/sample/ links to rendered form of BIPM with does 404.

It is pointing to https://metanorma.github.io/bipm-si-brochure/

I have no idea who is behind that, and whether it is still meant to be up. Passing to @ronaldtse

Someone needs to be maintaining our documentation server with a link checker. That someone is not me.
