Can we have Unbind method after use?
When using BindTo<>() in 1 window, it affects other windows.

I did not find a way to unsubscribe of the event used.
I've forked this repo to maintain it : https://github.com/Seuleuzeuh/WPFTabTipMixedhardware.
In this version you will find an "IsEnabled" property that can be help you with your final goals.
