Adding Release content to Notification

Hello and thank you for your very useful plugin to Mattermost!

I have a feature request of adding the content, i.e. the release notes, to the release notifications.

At the moment, the notification looks like:

[github-user/repo] @contributer created a release 1.0.0

The release tag is a link, but does not show any pop-up upon hover.

It would be great if there was an option to have also the release notes shown, similar to when Issues and PRs are opened, the whole thing is shown.

@wiggin77 Another issue for discussion. Do you think we should pick this up. Maybe we can add a configurable setting for this?
