Playwright tests are failing #812

Playwright tests have been disabled for a while. They were set to run each day overnight, however GH disables scheduled actions after some number of failures. As such GH disabled these tests.

  1. We need to run Playwright tests on PRs, not based on a schedule
  2. the tests need to be fixed
