Issue to track deployment of demo/example apps.

This will:

Deploy to crystaltoolkit.org
Be hosted using PythonAnywhere (Anaconda)

With the intention to:

Demo individual components available in Crystal Toolkit
Host example apps showing integration of multiple Crystal Toolkit components
