gitclone到本地-->修改配置-->docker build-->heroku creat获取app-->container:push web-->heroku container:release web

不是吧 本地化环境容器推送到heroku并没有被封
现在不删账号了 只是把创建的app删掉 不需要新申请账号布置

请问，本地化环境容器推送需要修改哪些文件的哪些内容呢？
