How to set up a webOS Build enviornment in Windows:
Download Sublime Text 2 ( http://www.sublimetext.com/ ), and set it as the default handler for .js files, .json files, and .css files.
Download and install Chrome web browser to use for debugging (we will not be packaging for webOS for a while, all development will be done in Chrome for now)
Use the command line and launch Chrome with the following arguments: --allow-file-access-from-files --disable-web-security
How to set up a build enviornment in OS X:
Download Sublime Text 2 ( http://www.sublimetext.com/ ), and set it as the default handler for .js files, .json files, and .css files.
Download and install Chrome web browser to use for debugging (we will not be packaging for webOS for a while, all development will be done in Chrome for now)
Use the command line and launch Chrome with the following arguments: --allow-file-access-from-files --disable-web-security
Download MAMP, not MAMP PRO ( http://www.mamp.info/en/index.html ), make sure to tell MAMP not to use MAMP PRO, you want to use MAMP FREE
Configure MAMP to point to the directory you have the Your Radio files in, then launch Chrome with the above arguments, and navigate to localhost:8888
