By extracting the contents of this zip file to your Hero Lab custom output folder (i.e. C:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\customoutput\shadowrun5\matrixactions_shadowrun5) , you should see 3 files Matrix_Actions_NR.xsl, output.xml, and statblock.xsl.
