External domain handling

On LimboCiti some data was received which came from external provider Emply. The NuxtImg/Picture by default tries to replace it with the enviroment running it, which results in not being able to use the images.

A new prop or computed value which handles external sources would work, so we can create some vanilla html for those images instead of using the nuxt components.
