Hello,

I am new to Lando / Pantheon. I installed the Lando / Docker and pulled the Pantheon recipe on my mac ventura 13.2.1. It works to open the dev website. When I try to log in and work with it, using the same credentials as I use on the actual pantheon site, I get this error:
The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
and this stream of db connection attempts:

I'm not sure how to proceed. I tried all the http urls for nginx and edge, but I get the same errors.
