Handle single-letter options concatenation

Commands like :Gina commit -am blah do not work as expected. Not sure if this is easily feasible.

Sorry for late. Well, it's nearlly impossible with the current implementation while Gina parses some arguments to controll it's behavior.
The workaround is using :Gina commit -a -m instead.
