[BUG] both 4.0 versions crazy like crazy on my system. #395

Completely inoperable, with 4.0 alpha 1 being semi operational, at least the settings window pops up with that one.

To Reproduce Doing almost anything, like ctrl alt shift X, alpha 2 straight up doesnt even launch the settings window on start.
