Credentials (authentication

Hi! I am a Windows user and have an Azure based postgis server and I can't really set up add postgis based repository. There seems to be an issue with the authentication accessing the database (the server and its databases work fine in other regards in Qgis). I might be doing something wrong with adding the URI in the "New repository" dialogue window.

However a suggestion of mine would be to add the "credentials" to the "New repository" dialogue. Which is present in the "Import dataset from database" dialogue window. Which are compared in the below images.

I couldn't really code to save my life but I would suspect this would be an easy thing to do to add this feature and it would makes things easier for simpletons like myself. Thanks!
