GP8XXX (8413, 8403) 2-Channel DAC: 0-10 VDC: Widget shows wrong percentage #1397

Describe the problem/bug

The GP8XXX Devices can be set from 0-10V. If you set it to 3.5V, the widget shows 3.5% though it should show 35%.

Versions:

Mycodo Version: 8.16.0
Raspberry Pi Version: 4
Raspbian OS Version: bookworm

Reproducibility

Set up a GP8XXX output
Setup an corresponding widget

Expected behavior

At 3.5V it should show 35%, at 10V it should show 100%, etc...
