Changed _modes[] to a static array. Tweaked RUNNING_COLOR effect. (#232)
* made _modes[] a static array * fixed typo * fixed the modes being out of order * updated documentation * changed RUNNING_COLOR mode to use color[1] instead of WHITE for the background color * updated change log Co-authored-by: Keith Lord <[email protected]>
