Large amount of follows causes ratelimit issues

@kevinmarks attempted to use the extension to migrate follows over from Twitter to Bluesky, of which 5,461 users were found. (see https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:kn4dz4f67maytvsbcnbry36k/post/3laptm2n2vk2v)

Every follow record created accumulates 3 points, and with a limit of 5,000 points per hour and 35,000 points per day, this means you'd only be able to create 1,666 records per hour. We're going way beyond the intended ratelimits.

It would be nice if the extension had a sane handling around ratelimits, leaving just enough where the user could still reasonably browse the app, and create posts.
