Invalid Page, troubleshooting steps don't work

Hi,
I've tried using both my handle and password and my App password and name and I'm still getting the Invalid Page error. I've tried from my "following" tab, and a list page.
One question, I notice that the URL format does not match what is described on the troubleshooting page. For example, when I have.a list named "Economics" open, the URL is "https://x.com/i/lists/1303201903715790849". Or when I am on my following tab the URL is "https://x.com/home" , not the format described.
What else can I try?
