steps and other parameters in Gradio

For testing and finding optimal quality it will be nice to have all these arguments and Gradio fields:

in priority order:

seed
negative_prompt:
num_inference_steps
video_num_inference_steps

min_guidance_scale: float
use_linear_guidance: bool
alpha: float

less important - can be --flags for app.py:
save_memory: bool
cpu_offloading: bool
model_dtype
