As of a week or two ago I can no longer search my fiddles!

Depending on keywords I search for, I either get zero hits, or just one or two hits in what appear to be recently modified fiddles only. Since I have 87 pages worth of old fiddles, this is a dramatic change, and seems clearly broken, since all my fiddles are still there.

STRs:

  1. I log in, go to https://jsfiddle.net/user/fiddles/all/ and search for "iceConnectionState"

Expected result:

Actual result:

This is making my work difficult, since the google crawler workaround is only so so updated.

Hey @jan-ivar! Sorry to hear that it's causing you a hard time at work 😬 there are a few reasons for broken search, mostly because the implementation was flawed after recent changes happening under the hood 😅

As a workaround we have migrated logic from the API part where we work on favorite versions on the fiddle; I'm aware this is less than ideal as the dashboard returns most recent versions 🤦 seems like this inconsistency was there for ages - we really need to sort that our properly.

For now search should yield some more results - depending on your base (favorite) version. Hope that would be good enough for now 🤕

@oskarkrawczyk let's regroup late September once I'm back from my trip(s).

I seem to be getting a lot more results now. Thanks!
