You've just put forward a good idea.😂 |
😂 So nice a idea, isn't it? I have been exploring VS Code for approximately 1 year. It is really a good "all-in-1 app." |
Actually I am not an VS Code user, but I do hear about its power. Maybe I will try it one day.😆 |
(I should have mentioned you, but since it is not an emergency, I choose not to.) (Word is awesome! It has a new built-in feature called “Editor,” which can check my English. I did not commit as many mistakes as I thought. 😂 If you would like to have a try, just install Office Mondo 2016 or Microsoft 365, and choose the “Office Insider” channel. Office Tool Plus is recommended.) You should really have a try! I do not code very much, though. 😂 If you work with JS/TS/HTML/CSS, this might be a good choice. VS Code is written in TS, after all. I use it to write Python programs (just some boring computations). Jupyter Notebook (for Python) is supported. Java is also OK. Since Visual Studio does not support Java, and I do not want to install a large IDE (such as IDEA), I choose VS Code. I think it looks prettier than Eclipse does. I am not a programmer. VS Code is powerful enough for me, and its extension marketplace is so nice. I read RSS subscriptions via VS Code every day. I listen to music, run DingTalk live streams in the background and mute it. I just kill my time by playing with my phone. (I will go to school in a few days. I really miss the “golden days” spent in my cozy room!) (Sorry for my poor English. Wait. Why must I speak English? Maybe because GitHub is an English website. 😂 That is not the key: I am using a PC where I have not set up a Chinese input method yet) |
@septsea Firstly, thanks for so long a reply with useful suggestions~ And, I still want to point out that Catching Fish, this phrase to describe a student may be out of proportion (I do not resist using pop words though). As you mentioned at the end, learning coding while practicing English, isn't it a great affair? And people shouldn't mind others using their mother tongue. This is their own right (If you like it). Thanks again for your advice and wish you progress in your studies. |
hhhhhh I do not really care about languages. Just feel free. (I deliberately used the term catching fishes because I could not think of an English expression. Somewhat inappropriate. I do not use popular terms frequently.) (I still have much to say and share, but it seems off the point.) Thank you. |
You really did a good job! It would be so nice if the pixiv viewer is available at VS Code Extension Marketplace!
(I must be thinking of 🍑s... but VS Code is really a good app for "catching fishes." I can listen to NetEaseMusic, read the news/weather forecast/novel and play the 🦕 game.)
