I can't see the result on the adopters' page on the preview site. 🤔
https://deploy-preview-7680--jenkins-io-site-pr.netlify.app/project/adopters/ It runs well on my browser. 😂 |
then it should be removed from a PR, but from what I remember it is, there's two points to compressing:

Need I do something for this? 😀 |
No that was for Bruno |

Thank you very much @yuzp1996 for submitting this! I'll merge this so that Alauda is added to the adopters page.
Additionally, if you would like to submit a blog post or share a Jenkins success story, we'd be happy to publish that along with this! If not, no worries at all.
Thanks very much ! @kmartens27 I attempted to add a Jenkins success story, yet I came across an error that I have no idea how to resolve! I would appreciate it if you could help me! |
Hi @yuzp1996, no worries at all! I just tried to go through the submission process myself to see if I ran into the same error. Unfortunately, I did not experience the error message you've shared here. However, the error here does indicate that it has to do with OAuth App access, so if you have not already enabled OAuth App authentication, that would be my suggestion of where to start. If you have already enabled that and confirmed that it is authorized, I will need to do some research as I'm not the admin for the stories site. I may need to inquire about further assistance from the owner/admin of the site, but let me know if the authorization is enabled/working first and we can proceed from there. Thanks very much! |
OK, I'll check it and give feedback today! |
@dduportal / @lemeurherve FYI ^^ |
I need more context here: why is the stories.jio requiring an Oauth setup? I thought it was a static website? Do we have doc / issues about who set up the GH Oauth App under which context? |
Hi @dduportal, I'm not entirely sure why the Oauth error is showing up. According to the most recent pull request to the config.yml file, it was opened up so there wouldn't need to be any authorization: https://github.com/jenkins-infra/stories/tree/main/static/admin In terms of who set that up, I tried to dig further to see if I could find a trail of when it might have been enabled, but I wasn't able to find anything concrete. I also tried to submit a test story to see if there was some sort of issue I could recreate but I believe due to my current access/configuration, the error would not show up. |
If you try on a different account that isn't in the jenkins-infra organisation I expect you'd get the same issue |
Could you open an helpdesk issue describing the problem please folks? it's hard to follow and understand |
Hi @yuzp1996, would you be open to sharing the content you were looking to publish and then I can create the pull request for the story? Once that PR is created, it would be possible to edit and collaborate on the post prior to publication. This would circumvent the error you're running into and we would be able to keep you as an author for the story. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in and we can take care of things from there! |

Hi @yuzp1996 thank you very much for sharing the content of the story here. I have created a pull request at jenkins-infra/stories#73 and mentioned you, but wanted to be sure I shared it here as well. Let's move our communication to that PR as we update and adjust the story accordingly. |
