CI/CD check stuck in jenkins-io-components PR #150

Summary

Referring to PR jenkins-infra/jenkins-io-components#150, the PR is stuck because the required jenkins/infra.ci.jenkins.io/website-jobs/jenkins-io-components/pr-merge test is not running, and more than one day has lapsed already.

Reproduction steps

• The rationale behind the job not starting (on infra.ci) is because we have disabled build for non maintainers for security purpose.
• Is it OK to "only" remove the check @krisstern ?

Yeah, it is kind of awkward now because this check is required but the job is not starting. So, I think it is okay to "only" remove the check, if there are no other options.

@krisstern the branch protection has been removed. You should be good to go.

Note: we'll be able to re-enable it once we'll have finished working on splitting the jobs in infra.ci to remove safety risks
