Issue with order price changing when using 35

Apparently there is some issue with orders which demonstrates itself when you try to place an order for 35 sats the the order gets converted to 34 sats

Stack has ranted about this issue but is too lazy to actually report the issue with the details on github, and prefers to just rant in telegram channels about how horrible the wallet is rather than work on reporting the issue and getting it fixed in a responsible way.

Look into this and get it fixed in the next release.
