Consider adding an ACL for allowing access to cache invalidation routines via PURGE/BAN requests. Consider adding xkey vmod to support cache invalidation by xkey headers that are set via the backend.

The xkey feature would allow the backend (origin) nodes to purge cache via an HTTP request.
