I'm using jamovi implementation of walrus but unfortunately in Jamovi there is no robust two-way robust anova option. Is this possible to do in the R version of this package? If this is possible, I would greatly appreciate some lines of code to help me do this.
Experiment has a measurement that is taking over two time points (before and after) and two groups going through the same condition. Specifically, I am evaluating a modified form of PTSD therapy on type 1 and type 2 PTSD suffecrers (hence two groups). I've got a couple of measures where Levene's test fails and from what I read I can do log transformations on my variables (which I hate) or do robust two-way anova...
