TracSubtickets is not the same as TracChildTickets. It appears you haven't installed TracSubtickets. If you are having trouble with TracChildTickets, you need to look here. Even better, report the issue on the MailingList. |

I cannot reproduce the issue you show in a clean environment. You have a lot of plugins installed. Most likely one of the plugin is causing the problem. The screen capture you show makes it look like the field is disabled. Is one of your plugins setting the |
