Describe the bug
Sometimes synchronisation goes into long pauses during 'preparation' for downloading. Sometimes it resumes, sometimes the transfer stops. After a possible automatic restart of the download, the bug can be expected to recur.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a bookmark
  2. Select a folder in a Cyberduck, in this case the folder contains a hierarchy of folders with only small/medium size images inside (the total size is about 70GB and the images count is about 10'000
  3. Select the menu command "Synchronize..." than a local folder and start synchronisation
  4. The bug suddenly arise...

Expected behavior
Simply prepare and download all files without excessive pauses.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macOS Monterey
  • Version 12.7.6
  • Cyberduck 9.0.1

Log Files
Please include the log file. You can reach the logging output in Preferences → Connection.

Additional context
When the first synchronisation ends, many files are missing in the local folder and you have to synchronise again.
