Describe the bug
Cyberduck version 9.0.0.0 Upload button does not work properly when selecting an entire directory and all content below for upload to a selected folder. It ignores the selected destination directory in all cases and instead uploads to the destination path found in the bookmark. This issue applies only to directory selections. Single file selections are uploaded to the correct user selected directory.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Connect to an SFTP server from a defined bookmark that contains a defined path under More Options in the bookmark
  2. Navigate to the server's directory list to select (highlight) a directory that does not match the bookmarked defined path
  3. Click the Upload button on the toolbar; select a local directory that contains files and folders nested below; after selected the directory, click Choose
  4. Wait for the file and directory uploads to complete; observe how the selected directory from step feature/9711-support-manta-object-store #2 was ignored and all content was transferred to the bookmarked path instead.

Expected behavior
The expectation is that a selected directory takes precedence, and all uploaded content gets created under the selected directory. This behavior works correctly for file uploads, but it does not for directory uploads.
