MountainDuck quirks with Taildrive

I've been using MountainDuck with Taildrive and had a few weird quirks. I'm posting this in Q&A in case there are any better suggestions on how to solve these than the solutions I've come up with.

• Due to the way Taildrive does authentication, there's none needed when connecting to the Webdav share. However, despite ticking the box to save the credentials, I was being asked for them every time and kept having to click a button to log in with no username and password
• When I would right-click on a file in the mount and choose to copy the HTTP url, it was copying a really weird and wrong thing: http://100.100.100.100:8080/networkname/machine/path/to/file http://100.100.100.100/networkname/machine/path/to/file. The first part of that is entirely correct, the second part is ... strange.
• When looking at the info tab - the second part of that is listed as the web url of the file.

• Authentication - when I first set up the connection, I ticked the "Anonymous login" box. But that filled in "anonymous" for the username and put something in the password field - so I thought that wouldn't work and removed it. It turns out that it's fine. So this was fixed just by going back to edit the connection and ticking that box.
• URL - I got a hint from Backblaze bookmark does not use Custom URL for Copy/Open URL options #15403, which led me to https://docs.cyberduck.io/cyberduck/bookmarks/#http-url. I downloaded Cyberduck and used it to edit the bookmark to add the Web URL - it has this setting in its interface, MountainDuck does not.

The change it made to the bookmark file (which I found inside %APPDATA%\Roaming\Cyberduck\Bookmarks) was this:

The values here match what was already in the file:

	<key>Hostname</key>
	<string>100.100.100.100</string>
	<key>Port</key>
	<string>8080</string>
	<key>Username</key>
	<string>anonymous</string>
	<key>Path</key>
	<string>networkname/machinename/basepath</string>

After restarting Mountainduck, I now have the correct URL showing in the info page and being copied.
