run_download_DEM.sh: line 296: fixImageXml.py: command not found，How to solve this problem when running DEM visualization。

That application is located here: https://github.com/isce-framework/isce2/blob/main/applications/fixImageXml.py

How did you install isce2? That script should be on your path. Seems you need to run something like
export PATH=$PATH:<isce2 source dir>/applications
