Error message "Title cannot be blank", if "Log queue" leave blank. #27

if "Log queue" leave it blank.
When manually assign a title to release
Will show the error message "Title cannot be blank", and the title text will be cleared.

Environment:

Item	Version
Redmine version	3.0.5.stable
Ruby version	1.9.3-p551 (2014-11-13) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version	4.2.3
Environment	production
Database adapter	Mysql2
Release Logs plugin	1.0.0
