Version 1.5.0 released & migration suggestions

We are excited to release mintpy version 1.5.0! This version includes a significant speedup on the command line interface (thanks to @avalentino!), a new version of the plate motion correction, bugs fix and general improvements.

• For users who installed the development version, a re-installation is required, besides the usual git pull, to work with version 1.5.0. Please follow the updated installation note.

• For users who installed the released version, run conda update mintpy to update, as usual.

• For developers who have local modifications, we recommend rebasing your forks against the latest upstream/main at your earliest convenience, because this version includes code changes to most scripts.

• For API users/developers, below are the known breaking changes and migration suggestions:
