Failed to read upload/encoded-video/.immich: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'upload/encoded-video/.immich' #13862

Might not be the ideal way to do it but finally recovered the DB and assets. Had to create a new instance of Immich, copy contents of uploads directory (not the directory itself) and replace the newly created postgres directory with the old one from backup.
Not sure what the root cause for this error was. But glad that I didn't loose any data/metadata.
