您好 我刚开始阅读本书(对照原文)，发现第一章开头 jamesiry 在Twitter上说的那句话是否完全翻译反了原文的意思：
原文是：
Functional programmer: (noun) One who names variables "x", names functions "f", and names code patterns "zygohistomorphic prepromorphism"
主语从句直接翻译，noun可能是想表示Functional programmer是名词而不是Functional Programming？
其实我理解 这句话有点戏谑(用诙谐有趣的话开玩笑)的意味

你说的对，此处翻译确实有误，感谢勘正。
作者是在自嘲函数编程人员的模式化死脑筋。

函数式编程人员是这么一群人：他们看所有的变量都是x，所有的函数都命名为f，自称写出的代码是符合“合子组合形态前原型” 模式的。（译者注：此模式没有实际意义，不必理解）
