Standardise our Dockerfile's and improve Docker build and deployment times

I think deployments could be a lot faster if your Docker build times were faster and (secondarily) if our image sizes were smaller so that uploading them to and downloading them from Docker Hub was faster.

Additionally it'd be good to have a lot more consistency among our Dockerfile's.
