Not able to Record .wav format with a lossless compression

I am unable to find a fay to configure the audio options for android which fulfills the all of following requirements:
1.The recording should be stored in .wav format

2. The audio encoding should be lossless(it should not be compressed)
3. sampling rate should be 16000
