The problem

My sensors from Tesla Fleet integration all goes to unavailable/unknown when HA is restarted. Had the same ever since the integration was introduced (2024.9 ?)
Waking the vehicle manually or with the wake button from the integration gets the values within a couple of minutes.

Should the integration not restore the last known state when HA is restarted as other integrations do?

Restore is implemented so this is meant to work, but probably isn't due to a logic bug.

Note to myself for later: use state rather than refreshed to make restore condition on.
