[FR] Add volume sensors #74

It would be great to expand upon the noise sensor and provide a sensor which shows the current volume level coming from an audio stream.

As some other users have requested, it could:

help to set up noise detection by avoiding trial and error of setting a number and tweaking over time
make more enhanced automations possible, by setting a different threshold at different times of the day
