before I dig into this and mqtt in general I am wondering if this will do what I need.

I’m looking for the tv to be turned on, the web browser brought up full screen to a given url and then place an hdmi source in the pip in the bottom right. Can this software do that?

imo lg tv (at least webos 1 & 2) doesn't support pip
