The use of 'pattern' discriminator

The new IG Publisher is now producing warnings: "The discriminator type 'pattern' has been deprecated. Use type=fixed with a pattern[x] instead."
Noting that this is supposed to be discriminator type 'value' as FHIR R5 has this note on the pattern discriminator type: "This code means the same as value, and is retained for backwards compatibility reasons", see here.
