good morning ... I have 2 plasmids that are identical with the exception that one has an insertion sequence that is inverted respect to the other plasmid ... in the brig graph the plasmids are identical (although they really are not) .. I believe that this happens because the blast aligns in both strands ... when I set the blast with the option "-strand plus" I get exactly the same result (same graph) and I do not understand why. Needed assistance please
