feature request: automatically create cards from checklists and link them as children

I find myself often creating projects in which I quickly add tasks as checklist items. It would be great to have a function that creates cards out of the checklist items, links them as children and assign the same labels and due date as the parent card.

This is a great idea. Thank you for posting it.

We don't have internal capacity to implement this feature in a foreseeable future but would love someone in the community to contribute and realize this feature.
