i was thinking that people could probably generate more rhythmically-interesting music visualizations than algorithm do, e.g. better than itunes. would be cool to have a website that generates symmetric geometric shapes and stuff, but the user interacts by moving the mouse and pressing keys while playing a song to record the visualization.

hmm!

this is an interesting idea. i think it might be cool to be able to record very small things that you could loop, as well, rather than visualise an entire song.

then i could record bits that i like, and somehow hook them up to be played back every time that particular loop of music comes along, or something.
