Describe the issue

Good evening,
sorry for my English, but I am not polyglot, I am unfortunately French (humor!!!)

On my previous installation, on a VM, everything was going perfectly.
I reinstalled HA on proxmox, but I cannot put HACS on it, and that is the only problem encountered.

I followed the steps one by one, trying the automatic installation, or mabuelle, with FTP deposit on the VM. I even changed the 755 rights on folders and directories...

The problem is the same, I check the boxes, I have a link with the Github code.

I validate the code and no problems.

But on HA, awaiting validation, and it is not confirmed.

What's going on?
