Actual behavior

Can we update the rule explainer app on the NXP HAC environment - the page isn't working at the minute.

Expected behavior

Steps to reproduce:
As per Audrey,

"I think they are HAMC
on their env this is not resolved:
https://7418523.dedicated.h2o.ai/apps/62f61ee1-119d-4e74-90c8-17aa3258bd12

it works on our internal.dedicated - does MC team needs to be involved to fix that on customer's side? Update - I have asked directly on #h2o-managed-cloud https://h2oai.slack.com/archives/C03F53QQEBX/p1684515733775569

"the app needs to be pushed the wave bundle to the MC S3 and open an issues in the MC GH repo (https://github.com/h2oai/public-cloud-infrastructure)."
