Description

Similar to how the main website links to Hackerspace in the top navigation menu, we should link the Hackerspace to the main site. Should appear on both desktop and mobile navigation.

Main site: https://govhack.org/
Hackerspace: https://hackerspace.govhack.org/

We don't have any designs for this at the moment so it will take a bit of experimentation getting it to fit. Also open to other placement ideas or options.
